Role: At SuperProcure we are looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist who is enthusiastic to join the HR function and help the organization to scale. The person would be responsible for talent planning, sourcing, recruitment, employee onboarding & retention.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's talent requirement for current and future talent needs. 

  • Create Job descriptions and update job posts across all job boards to attract talent.

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and build a robust talent pipeline by consistently sourcing and engaging top-tier candidates

  • Conduct interviews and participate in the selection process to identify candidates who align with the company culture and values.

  • Work closely with department heads to set performance expectations, goals, and metrics.

  • Ensure best culture and retention of talent in the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. Masters degree preferred.

  • Experienced professional with background in relevant HR Consultancies, Recruitment firms.

  • 7+  years of  demonstrable experience in human resource function.

  • 5+ years of experience in hiring for senior roles (both IT/ Non-IT)

  • Highly enthusiastic and sympathetic individual, good with people management.

  • Have hands-on experience in hiring for both Tech and Non-Tech positions fostering growth in organization

  • Talent acquisition experience preferably in SaaS or Technology services companies 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication with interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. 

  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
