Job summary
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to work closely with our Product team to help solve interesting logistics problems at scale. . UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering requirements, designing simple product solutions and contributing to our design library. If you have experience working in Product design and a good eye for detail, we’re excited to meet you.
Key Skills :
Creating user-centered designs by understanding product requirements from stakeholders and arriving at design solutions, following our existing design guidelines.
Should have a good understanding and experience of using the UX research process such as gathering requirements, creating user flows, competitive research, wireframes, prototypes and high fidelity designs.
Should have excellent communication skills to understand requirements, being able to present the design solutions to the stakeholders and convincing how they have arrived at the solution with proper justification.
Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and Marketing teams
Incorporating feedback and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience.
Creating original graphic designs, ability to convert information into creative infographics for branding/marketing purposes.
Key Requirements :
1-3 years of experience as a UI/UX designer or relevant fields.
Have a strong portfolio of design projects.
Having prior experience in working with Saas product designs.
You are proficient in User experience tools like Adobe XD and Figma
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Adobe XD, Illustrator and after effects) will be an added advantage.
You pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics
You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions to the stakeholders
You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
You can take feedback constructively.
