Job Summary: SuperProcure is looking for a proactive and detail- oriented  HR - Intern to support our recruitment and documentation process. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations while enhancing your professional skills. 

Responsibilities

Recruitment - 

  • Draft detailed role specific job descriptions.

  • Post Job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.

  • Screen applications based on predefined criteria and shortlist potential candidates. 

  • Conduct initial HR interview to assess candidates’ suitability for the role and coordinate subsequent interview rounds with the shortlisted candidates.  


Documentation -

  • Prepare and manage necessary documents for onboarding new employees.

  • Assist in creating and maintaining the employee database for accurate and up-to-date records.

  • Supporting in ensuring all documents complies with company policies and legal requirements. 


Employee Engagement-

  • Participate in organizing company events.

  • Pitch in ideas for organizing activities to keep employee morale high.


Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in recruitment - Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Familiarity with HRIS, ATS and resume databases

  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task

  • Must be a pre final year/final year student



Other Details:

  • Internship Duration: 6months 

  • Stipend: 5,000/month fixed
