Job Summary
We are looking for an Customer Onboarding & Customer Success - Executive who will be responsible for smooth implementation & onboarding of SuperProcure software in new accounts. The person will also be responsible for existing customer retention and success by monitoring client health and extending support to drive adoption.
Key Responsibility Areas
New Customers : KPI win rate from pilot to confirmation.
Handling user training and onboarding online over phone calls and emails.
Existing Customers : KPI Logo and Revenue retention.
Monitoring user adoption, make reports, identify actionable items for driving growth.
All Customers : Working on user account configuration in the system as per requirement.
All Customers : Calling users to drive adoption wherever required.
Requirements
Engineer / Masters Degree in relevant fields.
0-1 years of experience in customer onboarding, support role or relevant fields.
Must possess excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.(English + local language)
Confident and crisp communication over calls presence.
Should have basic knowledge of MS-Excel & PowerPoint.
Experience in logistics solutions will be an advantage.
Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task without losing attention to detail.
